We are so glad we found Jason! He uses the best tradesmen who are excellent in their craft. He gave us excellent suggestions for things we didn’t even think of. And his attention to detail is unmatched. Jason took care of everything—we did not worry about a single detail during the entire project. Actually, we had two projects, one a new build and one a remodel. Not a single minute of concern in either project. You just can’t go wrong if Jason is in charge!

First let me say that if I could give Jason and his team 100 stars I would as they demonstrated a high level of integrity, professionalism and thorough knowledge of every aspect of our home renovation project. All of the subcontractors from the electricians, to the cabinet designers, plumbers, tile designers/installers, painters, & fireplace conversion experts treated us like family and ensured that my husband & I were completely satisfied with each phase of the project before moving to the next phase. Since my husband and I remained living in the house during the renovations, we greatly appreciated that Jason and his crew ensured that the construction site was swept clean of dust and debris daily before they left. Jason was on site daily during each phase of the project to ensure that nothing was missed and that the work met his (and our) expectations; and, if he saw something that needed to be fixed, it was fixed on the spot. My husband and I could call Jason or his team leadership at any time we had questions or needed a change, and they responded immediately either by return phone call, text or email. The quality and craftsmanship of their work was beyond my expectations - they literally made our dream kitchen a reality !! We have been so impressed with Jason and his team that we not only will be calling them for future renovation projects but have also referred them to friends.

Not too long ago, Jason finished a detached father-in-law suite for our family. He was outrageously patient because we were very inexperienced and needed a fairly quick turnaround time. We wanted something that would “flow” with our current house but would also be detached to give my dad his own space. Not only did he do that, but he stayed on the time schedule, he provided outstanding service and the best quality. He truly helped create a place that my dad could feel independent and happy while being in our backyard. We are thankful!

JBC Construction just completed our custom home. I can’t be more pleased with the whole process from design phase, permit phase and build phase. Jason Boutwell was honest and professional with a high degree of communication. He was articulate with expectations, and everything went according to plan. Jason and his team of subcontractors all exceeded my expectations with their quality of work and professionalism. We’ve built many houses in the past 47 years and JBC Construction was hands down the best quality house we’ve ever had. The house is beautiful and turnkey ready.
