Entryway: A Warm Welcome

Jason Boutwell Construction transformed the entryway by replacing the outdated black tile with warm brown marble-colored tiles. This new flooring created a welcoming atmosphere. The entryway leads into the living room, where the team replaced old white carpet with beautiful wood flooring. They cleaned and repainted the fireplace’s interior, enhancing its appeal. A fresh coat of paint on the walls added a clean, updated look.

Eat-In Kitchen: Desk to Bar

In the eat-in kitchen, Jason removed the built-in desk and added a stylish new bar area. The bright brown wood cabinets, with glass-paneled doors, provided a sophisticated storage option. A white and gray marble countertop completed this area, making it functional and inviting for casual meals and entertaining guests.

Kitchen: A Complete Remodel

The kitchen served as the centerpiece of the renovation. Jason Boutwell Construction fully remodeled it to create a modern, functional space.

  • Cabinets and Lighting: The new bright brown wood cabinets replaced the outdated ones, filling the space created by removing dropped lighting. The team installed under-cabinet lighting to ensure the kitchen stays well-lit.

  • Countertops and Sink: Our team replaced old surfaces with white and gray granite countertops, enhancing the kitchen’s modern look. A farmhouse sink took the place of the three-compartment sink, adding charm and utility.

  • Kitchen Island: The team rebuilt the original island, which had worn cabinetry and a butcher block countertop. The new island features sleek cabinetry and matching granite countertops, offering a stylish upgrade and more storage.

  • Appliances and Ventilation: We replaced the old electric stove with a propane stove and installed a high-end ventilation system hidden within the cabinetry. We also upgraded the dual ovens in the white brick wall to new stainless steel models, bringing a sleek touch to the space.

  • Backsplash: The team installed a cream-colored marble subway tile backsplash, beautifully blending with the kitchen design.

Dining Room: Fresh and Bright

The new tile flooring continued into the dining room, unifying the design throughout the home. A fresh coat of paint brightened the room, making it perfect for family gatherings.

Finishing Touches

Jason Boutwell Construction also replaced the vents, outlets, and switches throughout the home, giving every room a polished and cohesive look. New light fixtures added a modern touch to each space.
